Damaged in Transit?

If your artwork arrives damaged, we're truly sorry. Just send us a message with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll handle everything with the courier. Your replacement will ship out within a few days, at no cost to you.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• The artwork must be unused and in its original condition.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• Please pack it carefully to avoid damage during transit, as this is required for the refund to be processed.
